I have used Wagner's DIY HVLP range for years. I have just purchased a W690 and need to clean the ventilation hose on the I-spray but it doesn't seem to want to detach from the base of the gun. It is not under paint pressure ( IE NO Air cap, Nozzle, Union nut, Gun handle or paint container). Is it fixed on these models? I have two of them (one of them I have not used yet) and they came pre-assembled and I only initially checked the nozzle, union nut and air cap to make sure they were assembled properly. It seems the same on the Gravity (which I have not used yet either). Do you have any tips please? Thanks very much.

Why does it leak water?

any idea why my brand new 950 started all of a sudden just spray the paint in random patterns 2 sec of painting, then just air and again for a second of paint? used it first time for like 1h and then it started happening so i doubt its dried paint in the machine?

whats the difference between this and the 150M ?

Nice informative video but the music is super annoying!

Not impressed with the short battery life on this unit.. 15 minutes spraying and then 35 minutes charging.. the manual says you get 21 square metres of spraying.. well I guess in a perfect world with superman doing the painting.. I thought that the battery was malfunctioning.. took it back and the same thing happened with the replacement battery.. Wagner have a redeem for free a second battery.. this would help marginally but very disappointed so far..

The paint sprayer was already filled with paint and ready to spray. The brush wasn’t prepped with paint nor was the roller. This wasn’t a fair challenge even though spraying is generally faster there’s more prep time involved in spraying (masking things off to prevent overspray)

Hello, the video is a little incorrect, here you probably need to soak the roller in paint and there are still moments.... Good luck.)

Hey quick question? I have this same machine but my pressure gauge is not working. I set up the machine have the cycle mode on and it cycles just fine but when I switch it spray it was spraying. I checked all the filters they where clean. So I started up the machine again. And switched it from cycle to spray and I finally started spraying but the pressure gauge was not working. Please help if possible thank you!

Make sure you have an extension lead as the flex that comes with it is very short!

Wagner Spraytech 0529010 FLEXiO 590 Handheld HVLP Paint Sprayer, ordering in next few weeks. We are planning on doing some home interior painting. I debated a pancake compressor, and traditional spray gun. However I am gonna try this out, and if does the job be pleased with the money savings for sure.

Fajny sprzęt, szkoda tylko że jak się popsuje to firma Wagner ma nas w d...e. W moim przetarł się wężyk w pompie i można cały pistolet wyrzucić na śmieci , bo serwis nie ma w posiadaniu takich pomp i nigdy nie miał. Mój pistolet popsuł się w pół roku po gwarancji a wymalował łącznie około 1500 m2. Ani pompa ani jej element który się uszkodził , ( przetarł) jest nie do dostania. Serwis do urządzeń tej firmy nie istnieje napisano mi że jak urządzenia się psują na gwarancji to są wymienia nowe a później to firma nie bierze odpowiedzialności. Omijać szerokim łukiem.
